During my bachelorstudies Communication and Multimedia Design at the University of applied sciences Amsterdam I’ve had different assignments that learned my how to research and design digital products.
Scheepvaartmuseum already has a really good service, can you find any gaps and give an advice on how to do this better?

User experience depends on the target audience, you can’t always please everyone, but you can find compromises
In this projects I learned a lot about doing research that don’t involve a digital product but a service. The first was about the Scheepsvaartmuseum, this is a museum is located in Amsterdam and showcases dutch sailing. During the assignment I’ve looked into their service in a broad perspective that includes the organisation and the visitors of the museum. As a final product we’ve made an advice document which sums up the findings and gives an advice on the bad parts.
